Our Easy 8 Step Process
1. Initial phone Call
Fill out our contact form or give us a call. Include information about your project, pictures and your budget. At this stage, we talk about your ideas and budget. If you don’t have a budget, we can help you. We need to have a honest conversation about money upfront and what you want to spend on your project. This helps us determine what can be done with your budget. Then we give you a ballpark estimate. If the estimate is within your budget range and you would like us to do your work, then we can move on to step 2.
2. Pre Construction Meeting
Ready to Move forward? You pay a non refundable deposit that goes toward your final invoice. Then we come visit the job site (if needed), finalize details and how we can make your vision happen.
3. The design phase
We go back to the office, draw up designs, and write up a detailed quote and scope of work for your approval. This part usually takes less than a week. Upon your approval of the quote we require another deposit which covers the cost of materials to get started. In some situations we arrange a payment schedule.
4. Set up the project timeline
After receiving the necessary deposit, we then schedule the work as soon as possible or you can choose the available start date.
5. We make it happen
Let the artistry begin! If construction is happening in your home, or office, we prep the area and then get to work. Anyone on our crew will show respect for your home and personal property. We will not smoke or curse on your property, or venture into areas not authorized. We keep it professional at all times, keep a tidy work sight, and treat you the way we want to be treated.
6. Post-job walkthrough and final payment
The big moment is here: the presentation of the final product and walkthrough. Join us as we show you the beautiful end results and inspect everything to be exactly how you want it. You will receive the final invoice and the remaining balance is due.
7. Follow up
You can always follow up with us if you find any issues that you would like us to address. We want you to be 100% satisfied and are committed making that happen, or you can just call to say hi!
8. Enjoy
The most important part of the process is you getting to enjoy your new space with family and friends, and show off those new cabinets, counter tops, and custom wood furniture!
